CONSUMER PRODUCTS SAFETY IMPROVEMENT ACT OF 2008

This verifies that the following Goliath products are compliant with the Consumer Products Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (“CPSIA”) and have been third-party tested to meet or exceed these standards, as noted below.

MANDATORY TOY SAFETY STANDARDS & THIRD PARTY TESTING: All Goliath Games products have been tested and meet or exceed all standards required within the CPSIA & ASTM 963-07. Copies of all test documents are available to you via email at goliathorders@yahoo.com.

PHTHALATE COMPLIANCE: All Goliath Games products have been tested for Phthalates and do not contain any phthalate level above 0.1%.

LEAD / HEAVY METALS COMPLIANCE: All Goliath Games have been tested for lead content and all other heavy metals, as required by the CPSIA. All products meet or exceed the CPSIA’s strictest testing requirement level (less than 100ppm).

SAFETY LABELING REQUIREMENT FOR CHILDREN’S PRODUCTS: Some Goliath Games products contain the small parts warning label as follows:
